Neighbourhood loyalty, without the paper.

Semtiva gives customers one free wallet for the loyalty cards of the cafés, restaurants and shops they keep going back to. It gives those businesses a simple way to run stamp cards, a live QR menu and see who returns.

One visit, both sides.

The customer app and the business app share one loyalty card. Here is what happens at the counter.

  1. Semtiva app

    The customer shows their code

Each customer has a personal QR code that refreshes every minute. It never contains their phone number.

Customer app: digital coffee card with the personal QR code
  2. Semtiva Business

Staff scan it at the till

One scan from the business app posts the stamp or points. Staff accounts can scan, and nothing more.

  3. Semtiva app

    The reward is waiting

When the card is full, the reward appears in the customer's list, ready to use on the next visit.

A campaign strategist that starts from your own visit data.

Many neighbourhood cafés are full at some hours and empty at others. The planned strategist will use Claude, Anthropic's model, to read a business's visit and scan history, find its quiet hours and draft a campaign for them. The owner always decides.

  1. Visits and scans are summarised by day and hour
  2. Quiet hours are found in the business's own data
  3. Claude drafts a campaign with a short reason
  4. The owner edits, publishes or discards it
Concept, not yet in the product

Tuesday 14:00–17:00 is your quietest window

Example of how a suggestion could look for a café.

Draft: double stamps on Tuesday afternoons for card holders who have not visited in two weeks.

Starting with two Istanbul neighbourhoods.

Semt is the Turkish word for neighbourhood, and that is where we are starting: streets where people walk to their regular café, bakery and corner shop, and where those places still count stamps by hand.
